Observation

2)c) There was a cord in the hall closet (the game closet) near the bathroom that was stored on a shelf at child level. The closet is not secured to prevent child access. 2)c) There was one loose cord in the living room, to the standing lamp near the front windows, that is accessible to children and is not secured in any way. 2)c) There were a couple of loose cords outside on the deck (to the sprinkler system) that were not secured and were accessible to children. 2)d) There was a plastic bag in the hall closet (the game closet) near the bathroom that was stored on a shelf at child level. The closet is not secured to prevent child access. 3)a) There is a tricycle in the outdoor play area with damaged/peeling handlebar grips. The bar ends are exposed and could injure a child if the tricycle overturned while riding it. 3)c) There are bi-fold closet doors in the upstairs hallway and downstairs play room that pose a pinch hazard. 3)d) The large freezer downstairs is not secured to prevent entrapment. 4)e) The water temperature in the handwashing sink was 129 degrees Fahrenheit. It must be 120 degrees or below to prevent scalding. 5)a) One electrical outlet on the deck outside does not appear to be tamper-resistant and it was accessible as the cover was open.
